Opsoclonus-myoclonus-ataxia syndrome is a heterogeneous constellation of symptoms ranging from full combination these three neurological findings to varying degrees isolated individual sign. Since the emergence coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), symptoms, syndromes, and complications associated with this multi-organ viral infection have been reported various aspects involvement are increasingly uncovered. As neuro-inflammatory disorder, one would expect observe opsoclonus-myoclonus after prevalent in pandemic scale, as it has case for many other syndromes. We report seven cases presumably parainfectious nature discuss their phenomenology, possible pathophysiological relationship COVID-19, diagnostic treatment strategy each case. Finally, we review relevant data literature regarding similar COVID-19 its importance clinicians fields medicine encountering patients complications.
